My name is Heather Winia and I am the proud mama of three beautifully, unique and amazing daughters.  I am a Master Trainer and  Educator for The World GROOVE Movement, which has connected me with a tribe of conscious truth seekers and speakers from all over the world.   I am a part-time professor at Grand Valley State University inspiring whole health and fun fitness in my students. I host workshops, master classes and special events surrounding all aspects of Wellness!  

I am a full-time lover of all things that feel really good.  Some of those things for me are spending time outdoors, getting my feet in the grass/sand and my face in the sun!   I enjoy moving and GROOVing my body in a variety of deeply nourishing ways!

Positive Vibes is my business and it is my life.  My goal is to share positive vibes with others in all that I do,  This could be teaching workshops on nutrition and health or dancing in schools, senior living centers, backyards, parks, fitness studios, yoga studios, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, family reunions, college campuses or anywhere else we can think of. . EveryBODY can dance and with play and fun in our lives we grow, we learn and we connect in ways deeper than most modes of movement can give us.
