1 hour of outdoor time, moving your body in various ways focusing on cardio, strength and flexibility! All ages and abilities welcome! Winter 2024 Monday, January 8 - February 19 6:30 - 7:30pm Bring a flashlight or headlamp, dress in layers. **Please always check with me the location because sometimes we have to change last minute. We will get fresh air, safe connection with others plus good cardio, strength and mobility benefits!  It’s time to keep moving!
