Service Description

Simple moves, amazing workout and the most fun you will have in a long time!! Seriously, we need to be having so much more fun in our lives and we want you to join us! We meet at Dunton Park, at the big pavilion at the far west entrance to the park until Christmas...then we will head indoors for a couple months. Stay tuned for the location change at the New Year! Saturday mornings, 9:00am, $10 or buy a punchcard (10 classes for $75) Dress in Layers for colder weather and shoes are necessary! You cannot get this wrong, unless of course you don't show up and then well, you just miss out on all the fun to be had!!
