GROOVE classes held weekly on Fridays in Douglas. 10:00am outdoors, starting May 15 at Encompass Wellness, 2902 Blue Star Hwy Douglas, Michigan Shoes are important here as we are on cement. Also, please bring a blanket or mat to lay on at the end! Punchcards are available in person for 10 classes at $85 or Walk in for $10
