Halloween Parade Flash Mob

Service Description

Welcome to the event you will be talking about for years to come! Saturday, October 31 at 9:30pm ET! Here is what you need to know about this event..... 1. By signing up here on my website, www.heathergrooves.com, you are committing to stepping out of the crowd before the Douglas Halloween Parade on October 31, 2026 around 9:30pm ET (more details to come). You will be paying $10 here to receive all the information you need plus the videos to practice the dance! All proceeds will be donated back to the parade...so we can help keep it going! 2. We will assign you one of two locations to enter from….we are not spreading out quite as much as last year. Yet the more people we have the more we can spread out! We are going to be mostly centralized near the DJ booth. 3. All you need to do is practice to be ready to go. We want this to be groovy and cool, so you will have opportunities to go wild and play in your own way.....we will all be doing the chorus of the song together! 4. Per usual, a flash mob is supposed to look like random people on the street joining in, so get your BEST Halloween costume together and show up! We would love to see wild colors, sparkly, shiny or light up costumes, maybe big streamers, pom poms or glow sticks! Whatever the wildest outfit you can create....DO IT, why not, it will be oh so much fun! You can even wear a mask so no one knows who you are. 4. The night of, Douglas, will be packed. We will go on no matter what the weather. If the parade is going, so are we! We recommend looking into shuttle information or just come very early so you are there and ready to go. We will send shuttle information to you as we get closer as well. 5. We will be scheduling two 30 min online ZOOM meeting sessions to practice together and for you to ask questions. Sunday evening, Oct. 25 at 7:00pm ET and Thursday, Oct. 29 at 7pm ET. Emails reminders will be sent out. 6. At the end of the song….HOLD the ending pose…until the very last beat, then simply walk off the parade route like nothing happened, BOOM, history made! Get registered, start practicing and gathering friends! We cannot do this BIG without YOU!!
