Simple moves, amazing workout and the most fun you will have in a long time!! Seriously, we need to be having so much more fun in our lives and we want you to join us! We meet at Dunton Park, at the big pavilion at the far west entrance to the park! Saturday mornings, 9:00am $10 or buy a punchcard (10 classes for $75) Dress in layers for cooler mornings and either shoes or barefoot work great! You cannot get this wrong, unless of course you don't show up and then well, you just miss out on all the fun to be had!!
