Simple moves, amazing workout and the most fun you will have in a long time!! Seriously, we need to be having so much more fun in our lives and we want you to join us! It's summer time so we are headed outdoors for class now! We meet at Dunton Park, 290 Howard Ave, Holland, MI 49424. We meet at the large pavilion located at the far West Entrance. Bring a mat or blanket for at the end and shoes or barefoot are great! Saturday mornings, 9:00am $10 or buy a punchcard (10 classes for $85) Shoes or barefoot work great! You cannot get this wrong, unless of course you don't show up and then well, you just miss out on all the fun to be had!!
