Simple moves, amazing workout and the most fun you will have in a long time!! Seriously, we need to be having so much more fun in our lives and we want you to join us! It's wintertime so we are headed indoors for class now! We meet at Lakeshore Vineyard Church, 710 Central Ave, Holland, MI 49423. We enter from the parking lot in the back door. Bring a mat or blanket for at the end and shoes or barefoot are great! Saturday mornings, 9:00am $10 or buy a punchcard (10 classes for $75) Shoes or barefoot work great! You cannot get this wrong, unless of course you don't show up and then well, you just miss out on all the fun to be had!!
