Summer Safari - August 10

One of the most EPIC events of the summer #2! Join us for a Saturday morning riverboat GROOVE cruise down the Kalamazoo River in Saugatuck, out into Lake Michigan and back again! Breakfast snack and a complimentary beverage are included! The theme is Summer Safari, so come dressed in all the fun animal print you can find! You will received a cheap ole' pair of cat-eye sunglasses to up the coolness factor!! Have fun with it, express your sparkly side and be ready to dance barefoot or in shoes, your choice! We will meet outside of the Star of Saugatuck at 716 Water Street, Saugatuck, MI 49453. Be there between 8:30 - 8:45am...the boat will not wait for you. This town is very busy in the summer so come early for a great parking spot and carpool if you can. We always love to hang out in Wicks Park (walking distance) afterwards so feel free to bring a snack and drink or head into town to get one! This event wraps up Groovy Girls Week here in Michigan....events will be happening all the week prior, we will connect you with others for accommodations as best we can! Since it's summer, get your friends together and book soon!! Anywhere in Holland, Zeeland, Saugatuck/Douglas will be good! GROOVES will happen Sunday, Aug. 4 at the beach, Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 6:30pm at Virginia Park, Wednesday, August 7 at 6:30pm at Dunton Park, Friday, Aug. 9 at Encompass Wellness at 10am and a party for Heather's birthday sometime during the week, maybe even two of them!!! There will be yoga classes, hang out opportunities and you can explore the area all you want! It's the best place in the summer.
